Presenters: Jenny Milana and Mitchell Bragg of DangerMilana, Attorneys at Law.

Jenny assists clients in the drafting and negotiating contracts in the publishing, theatre, music, and film and television industries.  She has also worked at the State House researching proposed legislation for the Film Tax Credit.

Mitch focuses on transactional entertainment law in the areas of music, visual arts, sports, and intellectual property.  He helps clients by registering trademarks and copyrights, working with domain name disputes, and drafting contracts.

Independent Artists Workshop

This workshop covers: creating and living from your vision, crafting effective goals and objectives, speaking and writing about your work, funding your work and other topics relevant to artists across disciplines.

Fee: $40 includes lunch and refreshments (payable to the BCA).
